Whole Person Health Coach

This is a six week long personalized Health Coaching experience, focusing on what helps us live longer based on the newest research available. We meet online once a week for 50 minutes. We focus on physical, mental and emotional health issues and how to overcome them. Each session starts with  a breathing exercise and a meditation and concludes with finding a small shift to focus on until our next time together.
