Longevity Dinner Experience 

Would you like to try a 3 course longevity dinner cooked just for you and your family in your home? After requesting a quote, we will talk about any special health needs and food allergies before deciding exactly on the menu for the evening. The menu can consist of a salad, a hearty soup and a dessert, or a soup, entree and dessert of your choice. The recipes come from the most popular and delicious Blue Zones, Forks over knives, or other mostly whole food and plant based backgrounds. Limited meat containing options are available too. I am not an official chef, but have been cooking my whole life and have done a Blue Zones cooking course as well. My goal is to educate and also show that most of these recipes are fairly easy to cook at home. By learning how to make them and introducing them to your family, you can insert longevity meals in your daily routines to help you live longer and healthier.
